Currently, the exact amount of Secret Rares is unknown, but its looking like itll be a smaller expansion set
I have made a list of the cards that I think do some of the most to enhance the game play in the cube by virtue of reducing luck based wins
Thankfully, it also lets you really plan ahead by giving the top card of your library Plot equal to its mana cost (as long as its a nonland card) and allowing you to cast it with that Plot cost directly from the top of your deck
All of this explains why, despite March of the Machine arguably having the most differing showcase styles in a single set, it manages to pull it off so well
A 3/4 flier for four mana that mills 3 cards on attack feels more like a draft card than the face of a Commander product, even if you do get to keep an artifact creature or vehicle from among those cards
